Mixers for IBC pallet tanks and barrels
Reliable mixers designed for a.o. chemicals and other media with water-like viscosity. Mixers are available with 1500, 1000 or 750 rpm, and made of stainless steel coated with versions PP, PVC and / or PVDF to achieve best chemical resistance.
Supplied with eg propeller, turbine or dissolver disc.
As an accessory to the mixers we can, among other things, deliver:

Special mixers and agitators
IWAKI also offers mixer and agitator solutions for the more special tasks. Depending on the specific task you might have, we can design an engineered solution.
The image shows a special solution for a customer who add powder additives to a liquid. The additive normally float on top, but the solution with a propeller at the top and a dissolver disc at the bottom causes the liquid and additive to mix together.
