Planning and developement
|Initial project discussions between Tommy Ipsen from the Systems Department and Bo Tønder (sales consultant for eastern part of Denmark)||Lars Nielsen in the process of creating 3D drawings for a process pump cabinet with an IWAKI mag-drive pump.|
Plastic welding and more
|IWAKI builds most of the system solutions in plastic. Here are parts for pump brackets.||The pump bracket ensures that the pump is stable and safe. The welding work is carried out by IWAKI’s certified plastic welders.|
|The pump bracket is welded to a back plate to be mounted inside a dosing cabinet.||Pipes and fittings are cleaned and glued together according to Georg Fischer standards and instructions.|
Mounting of pump, pipes, valves etc.
|Dosing pumps are mounted on pump brackets where they are stable and secure.||The piping is placed on the back plate and mounted.|
|Here the pipes are mounted for another variant with EWN dosing pumps.||The dosing cabinets are available in many standard variants and can also be supplied with different options.|
|The back plate (with pump and piping) is mounted in the dosing cabinet.||At the top of the dosing cabinet are two lifting eyes that can be used to safely raise and lower the cabinet.|
|The electrical work is carried out in accordance with standards.||Electric boxes are mounted depending on the nature of the task. In this case, it is for 4 dosing pumps.|
Testing and preparation
|The finished dosing cabinet is pressure tested and functionalities are tested.||The tubes are pressure tested with 1.5 x working pressure for a minimum of 30 minutes. In this example, pressure is tested at 10.5 bar.|
Packaging and shipping
|The system units are packaged securely so that they can easily handle the transport to the recipient. Often the units are delivered on euro pallets.||Here are two dosing cabinets (with one and two IX dosing pumps, respectively) ready for shipment.|
