Mobil unit with IX-D dosing pump

This mobile pump unit is designed for 200 liter drums with TRASAR additive (basic media for cleaning cooling systems) and has a corresponding collection capacity.

The dosing pump chosen for this task is the IWAKI IX-D150 TCR as customer specified 150 l/hour as max. dosing capacity and further wanted batch control of the dosing.

The mobile unit is easy to move around between tasks. It is made of synthetic material (PE) and is equipped with solid wheels (2 steering + 2 with brake function) and stainless steel handle.
The unit is equipped with a 15 meter 230V power cord and 10 meter reinforced PVC hose for dosing the chemical.

The drum is stable on top of the trolley and is secured with a detachable chain for quick change of drum.
