Strict quality requirements

IWAKI’s pumps are manufactured under strict quality requirements. Our factories in Japan are certified according to ISO 9001, and all pumps undergo an extensive test and trial run before delivery. Furthermore, our factories are environmentally certified according to the international standard ISO 14001.

Documentation

All pumps are supplied with detailed instructions and spare parts lists.

Delivery possible within a few hours

Pumps and spare parts are stored in Hillerød and can be at your premises within a few hours, anywhere in Denmark.

24-hour service

In case of pump breakdown, we are ready to help you by phone, just call +45 4824 2345. We will help you over the phone, arrange delivery of a spare pump, or go to your premises to help.

After Sales Service

As part of our After Sales Service, we follow up on all pump deliveries to ensure correct installation and operation of your IWAKI pump.

Warranty end service

Before the warranty expires, we will contact you again, offering a service inspection and a status report.
