Compact PE cabinet with 6 electromagnetic dosing pumps

In addition to IWAKI Nordics large program of standard solutions, customized dosing cabinets are also offered for tasks where standard solutions do not fully manage the task.

One of the many successful costumized products is this compact dosing cabinet that was delivered in conjunction with the sugar beet campaign in the fall 2018.

IWAKI developed a cabinet with dosing pumps for the addition of KemTalo Scale, which prevents the scale formation in the production process.

The solution should be simple and straightforward in operation while at the same time providing security at the workplace by handling the aggressive fluid in a safe and responsible manner.

The dosing cabinet consists of 6 EWN dosing pumps and stainless steel piping, back pressure and safety valves, flow meter and leakage sensor. The cabinet was delivered with 3 transparent sliding doors.
