Light weight panel with collection tray in PE

A Danish company in the pharmaceutical industry chose IWAKI Nordic A/S as their partner for a task neutralizing slightly alkali medium.

The customer’s wish was initially a panel including a dosing pump and piping system with safety and relief valves and a connected pH controller. Additionally a collection tray was also included. The panel solution should be placed over the customer’s chemical tanks.

IWAKI suggested a solution with the compact EWN dosing pump, which can be controlled by a WPO controller (for pH / ORP). The pump and piping system should be mounted on a lightweight panel above the tank. The solution also included a collecting tray of rotational molded PE, chosen for the great UV resistance and stability.

After the customers evaluation of design, price and delivery the unit was assembled at IWAKI’s workshop in Hillerød. Shortly thereafter, the device was delivered to the customer.
